If we're working toward a specific goal—such as clearing acne, improving hyperpigmentation, addressing texture, or supporting healthy aging—I may recommend a more targeted treatment schedule. Your treatment frequency will always be based on your skin, goals, and the type of treatments we're using.

Chemical peels can range from very superficial treatments with little to no visible peeling to more corrective treatments that may cause several days of flaking or peeling. I select the appropriate peel based on your skin type, concerns, treatment history, and goals. More advanced peels may require proper skin preparation beforehand, so I may not recommend one at your first visit. You'll receive clear aftercare instructions so you know exactly what to expect and how to care for your skin following your treatment.

Nourish Lifestyle Spa is located inside Preston Forest Tower at 5925 Forest Lane, Suite 203, Dallas, TX 75230, in the Preston Hollow area of North Dallas. Visits are by appointment only, allowing me to provide each guest with personalized, unhurried care in a private treatment setting.
