My name is Kenna, I’m Owner of Nourish Lifestyle Spa. I became a Licensed Esthetician in 2006, and have over 19 years experience in the skincare and spa industry including management, training and in the treatment room. I specialize in customized results driven, non-invasive, luxury skincare services. My focus is to help you find “Beauty in Balance” with regular relaxation and by giving you results with consistent skincare. I love to educate my guests and only make the most appropriate recommendations for your needs and lifestyle. Self care shouldn’t just be the occasional luxury, but a part of your lifestyle.

LaToya comes to us with 20 years of Esthetics experience under her belt earning her Esthetics license in 2005! Having experienced extreme acne and hyperpigmentation as a teen, LaToya has dedicated her career to providing results driven solutions to support her guests through their skin journey and challenges. She has a heart for serving others and has the ability to make her guests comfortable in a judge free environment while educating her guests on what service and products are best suited for their needs. LaToya has a wealth of skincare information that she loves sharing with her guests! She’s always looking to learn something new and searching for the newest trends in the industry to stay ahead of her guests wants and needs.

We totally understand feeling overwhelmed with how many treatment options there are for your skin. If you are new, we strongly recommend booking a 30 minute consultation with us so we can assess your unique skincare needs and put together a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.

Maintenance is recommended every 4 weeks. However if we are working towards specific results it may require more frequent visits based on treatments.

We always do our best to give you full hands on time however if you’re late we can’t always guarantee full time. We have created a schedule that doesn’t rush our guests in and out the door so we can still give you the relaxing experience you’ve come to expect at Nourish. We have a 15 minute grace period however anything past that we won’t be able to give full hands on time. If you are going to be late please reach out via phone or text at 214-949-8998 and your service provider will discuss what options you have for your service.

While everyone’s skin responds differently and we can’t guarantee any specific result, if you follow our recommendations, we can guarantee you will see improvement. Consistent visits and following recommended at home care you can expect to see improvement within 2-3 months.

Product recommendations are customized for each guest based on skin type, concerns, and lifestyle.

We offer a variety of chemical peels ranging from superficial to medium. We choose the peel best suited for you needs however we never take an aggressive approach and will not do a chemical peel on a guest if it’s your first visit with us and your skin has not been properly prepped for a chemical peel. You can expect potential rosiness, some light to mild flaking to peeling depending on the peel you receive. We will send you home with aftercare instructions. We offer Level 1 Peels (superficial) and Level 2 Peels (medium). Level 2 Peels come with at home aftercare products to use after your peel.
